By purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms below.


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.


No Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees.

However, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Used items

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain pet-related items may not be returnable once opened.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • A description of the issue

If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this window, orders may already be in processing or shipment and cannot be canceled.


International and Overseas Orders

Some products may ship from overseas fulfillment partners.

  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary

  • Delays caused by customs or carriers are outside our control

  • International shipping fees and customs duties are non-refundable

Refunds will not be issued for shipping delays once an order has been dispatched.


Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer:

  • The customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable


Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before filing a chargeback.

We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks for orders that were delivered as confirmed by the shipping carrier.
