Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Processing time does not include shipping time.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Domestic (United States)

Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days

International Orders

Some products ship from overseas fulfillment partners.

Estimated delivery time: 14–30 business days, depending on:

  • Carrier delays

  • Destination country

Overseas Fulfillment

To offer a wider product selection at competitive prices, some items are shipped directly from international warehouses.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • Delivery may take longer than domestic shipments

  • Tracking updates may be limited while the package is in transit between countries

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or shipping carriers.


Shipping Costs

Free shipping may be available for qualifying orders, as stated on the website at the time of purchase.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

Please allow several days for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

If you do not receive tracking details within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment


Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows that a package has been delivered but you have not received it:

  • Please check with neighbors or your local carrier

  • Contact the shipping provider directly

Shopefied is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders:

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply

  • These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority

  • Customers are responsible for paying any additional customs charges

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Delivery Delays

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
